Quality Principles
Management Principles- In order to meet customer’s quality requirements and lead the heat-treatment industry, every member of Heat-treatment Total Cooperative Association will sincerely perform all the undertaken obligations based on rational management methods and improved technologies. For that purpose, we establish the Quality Principles as followings:
- 1. Quality Competitiveness Strengthening
- 2. Profit Enlargement
- 3. Financial Structure Improvement
Quality Goals
In pursuit of aforesaid Quality Principles and complying with ISO 9001:2008 Standards, Quality Goals are established as following:
- 1. Sales Increase by 10%
- 2. Process Defect Rate, 1000 PPM
Quality Management System for accomplishing both Quality Principles and Quality Goals shall be established and documented for effective implementation, maintenance and improvement.
Every members of the Company shall comply with this Quality Manual and other regulations and every one shall be liable for their performance respectively.
